DAY 1

International Arrival – Lima

Welcome to Lima.Upon arrival you will be assisted at the Lima airport and then transferred to your hotel.You will have free time to rest.

DAY 2

Lima City Tour: Historical Center, Santo Domingo Convent and Larco Museum (Half-day tour)

You will visit the modern and colonial parts of Lima, known as The City of Kings, starting at the districts of Miraflores and San Isidro, and passing along a “huaca” or sacred pre-Inca site, before heading to the Historic Center. There, you will walk along some of the most historically important streets of the city, leading to the Plaza de Armas, where you will have some time to take pictures of the amazing colonial architecture that surrounds it. You will also have the chance to take a peek into an iconic building, that has served Lima’s citizens forcenturies and continues to be an important landmark. Then you will visit the impressive Convent of Santo Domingo, an astonishing building with colonial style. After exploring the Historical Center, you will head towards the Larco

Museum, which houses the incomparable Treasures of Ancient Peru private collection.

DAY 3

Lima – Cusco. Cusco city tour and nearby ruins

Welcome to Cusco. Upon arrival you will be assisted at the Cusco airport and then transferred to your hotel.***recommended flight that arrives before 11am to Cusco. You will have the morning free to rest.

13:00 Cusco City Tour: San Pedro market, Korikancha Temple, Cathedral, Sacsayhuamán, Kenko

You will visit the city of Cusco, known as the Imperial City and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Here you will start your tour at the iconic San Pedro market, a local market where you can explore the colors, flavors and traditions of modern Cusco. The visit continues with the Koricancha Temple, an ancient Inca palace and cult center of the Sun God, above which the order of the Dominicans built a church, which remains standing to this day. You will continue ascending to the Fortress of Sacsayhuaman, an impressive example of Inca military architecture. Afterwards, you will explore Q’enqo archeological site, where important Inca ceremonies took place. Finally, you will arrive to the Plaza de Armas (main square), where you will visit the Cathedral, the most important temple in the city.

DAY 4

Sacred Valley Treasures: Moray, Maras, Misminay and Ollantaytambo

You will head towards Moray, a fascinating archaeological site in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Its huge concentric terraces were used by the Incas as a botanical laboratory. Then, you will visit the Andean Misminay community, where your local hosts will welcome you with music and dancing, invite you to experience a bit of their daily life activities and serve you a delicious meal made with native products. After experiencing living culture in Misminay, you will continue to Ollantaytambo, where you can visit the archaeological complex of the same name, one of the largest in Peru, strategically located on top of a mountain. Afterwards, you will descend to the town of Ollantaytambo, which stands out for maintaining the Inca urban planning as part of its original urban layout, with some buildings and narrow stone streets. Here you can tour the town and visit the local market.

DAY 5

Machu Picchu Tour with Vistadome Train round-trip (Full-day tour)

Early in the morning you will be transferred to the train station. You will visit one of the world’s most famous landmarks: the citadel of Machu Picchu. The excursion begins on board the train. Upon your arrival in Aguas Calientes, you will begin your ascent to Machu Picchu, where, surely, you will live one of the most unforgettable experiences. Once there, you can walk through every corner of one of the Seven Wonders of the world, accompanied by an expert guide, and enjoy free time to explore the area and take impressive pictures. Later, you will head down to Aguas Calientes and settle into your hotel.

DAY 6

Second day exploration to Machu Picchu citadel

You will have the morning free to visit Machu Picchu for the second time, this time to walk on your own, relax in the place or take impressive photos. Then, descend again to the town of Aguas Calientes. In the afternoon, board the train that will take you back to Cusco through the corresponding station. Upon your arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel.

DAY 7

Full day trekking the Rainbow Mountain with lunch

Choose one of the excursions to the mountain of colors according to your physical condition:

** Minimum 2 pax**Rainbow mountain – You will leave your hotel in Cusco early in the morning, crossing the South Valley, towards Cusipata. From there, you will be transferred to Phulawasipata where you will begin your walk. After some time to prepare, you will start with the ascending route to Vinicunca, the Rainbow Mountain. The place will amaze you with its vivid colors and natural beauty. There, you will have time to take photos and fill yourself with the energy of the place. At the end of this visit, you will walk back to the starting point. Finally, you will be taken back to your hotel in Cusco, stopping along the route for lunch at a local restaurant.

Minimum height: 4,652 m.a.s.l.

Maximum height: 5,020 m.a.s.l.

Walking hours: 3.5 hours

** Minimum 2 pax **Palccoyo – You will be picked up from your hotel in Cusco at dawn to head to the South Valley. After 3 hours, you will arrive at the town of Combapata, where you will begin

the journey to Palccoyo. Before starting your hike, while you are getting ready, your guide will give you a briefing with safety instructions. Then, you will take the 1-hour road to Palccoyo, “the other rainbow mountain”. Upon arrival, the beauty of this mountain and its landscapes will surely amaze

you. Then, you will have time to explore the area and take stunning photographs. You will continue with the journey to the stone forest and the Ausangate snow peak viewpoint. Once there, you will have free time to appreciate the place and capture most impressive landscapes with your camera. Then, you will head back following the same route. Finally, you will be taken back to your hotel in Cusco, stopping algong the way for lunch at a local restaurant.
