¿How can I book?
In order to book one of our offers, you must register as a user with your email or through Facebook. Choose your trip and make the payment. We like transparency, so we show the full and complete price from the start. Once the payment is made, the confirmation service is immediate. If you prefer, you can reserve your trip via phone. Our destination experts will be happy to help.

¿What are the payment options?

You can make a payment via:

  • Debit o credit card
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer

¿What is a CVV/CVC number and where can you find it on your credit card?
The CVV Code is a security code that, on most cards, is a three-digit code located on the back of the card, inside the signature area. For American Express the CVV code appears as 4 digits above the card number on the front of the card.

¿Can I use a different card for the final payment instead of the card I used when I used when I made the reservation?
Yes, for the second payment you can use another card without a problem.

¿When and how do I receive the documentation of my trip, such as flight tickets, itinerary and important information?

If you want to request a change to your booking, the lead passenger must contact us by email at sales@aluditravel.com, stating your booking number and your requests in writing. We’ll tell you if the change or cancellation is possible after consultation with the supplier, as well as the necessary steps to confirm the change.
We cannot guarantee that all bookings may be modified, however, we will make every effort to provide our customers with their requests. Please note, booking changes that are made by the customer may incur an additional cost.
The modification of a booking that includes an airline ticket usually involves a cost of 100% of the ticket price. However, we recommend that you check with us first in all cases.

¿How can I change my booking?
If you want to request a modification to your reservation, there are different ways you can do it:

  • Send us the request through the contact form on our website indicating the number of your reservation.
  • Send the request to the email address indicated in your documentation again indicating the number of your reservation.
  • Contact our customer service department by calling to out toll free

We will inform you if the modification or cancellation is possible after consulting with the provider, along with the next steps in order to confirm the modification. We cannot guarantee that all reservations can be modified; however, we will do our best to facilitate your requests. In any case, the reservation modifications made by the client may incur an additional cost. Modifying a reservation that includes an airline ticket normally involves expenses of 100% of the ticket price. In any case, always consult us first as there could be exceptions.
